Cashier ignoring our order, gossiping to friends loudly that were in the dining area while taking our order behind the counter, She forgot to give us COFFE CUPS, and there was no salt, the coffee was way to hot and was sitting in a coffee pot all night & day, it tasted horrible. Sandwiches were worse than jail food. Receipt was cut off short so didn't have a receipt code therefore could not do the My BK experience survey on back of receipt. Even with 2 coupons we wasted 9.08. Never again.October 16, 2016
