I have received $5.00 off my order once but never used it because of slow service. I ordered there last week and they didn't even know I ordered.. I told them I ordered online... then they told me my pizza was coming out of the oven, I said are you sure cause online says its not even being prepped yet.. he said "uhh, wait let me find out" puts me on hold... gets back on the phone and said someone would be prepping it now, after already waiting an hour! I told him to just cancel my order because by now I'm starving and just will make food now.. NOW I am trying to order right now, being prepped so far for 10 minutes now, which isn't bad.. we will see how long it takes to just get in the oven if they even acknowledged I ordered. I lived in Adams and that Dominos is the BEST Dominos around! Hats off to you! This North Adams Dominos either needs better employees or better trained...September 04, 2016
